Shipping Policy


We offer free shipping on all within the US.
Same Day Pay & Pickup is available if you’re Local (South Florida). All orders ship out the next day unless it’s a holiday or weekend. Please allow 2-3 business days before you receive your order after processing. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days. Order processing takes 1 day. All goods ship via USPS.


All orders require a signature upon delivery.  This ensures your order is delivered to you, and that it is not lost or stolen. 


Can take up to 1 week to receive after shipment. We are not responsible for any customs fees that occur. A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be available on the weekends! 


If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order. This is to ensure the order is not fraudulent. If your billing address cannot be verified, we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund.  


We maintain strict standards for quality assurance. All of our orders have been inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the products all sales are deemed final. Per federal law, the return of unhygienic (USED) hair extensions are prohibited, no refunds or exchanges can be performed, unless we are at FAULT.
